Key Responsibilities:

• Manage AWS cloud environments and operational support

• Monitor and report on infrastructure health and KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven leadership in managing cloud infrastructure (AWS essential)

• Familiarity with managing offshore or outsourced support teams
